Pears Building is the new building for the UCL Institute of Immunity and Transplantation IIT in the grounds of the Royal Free Hospital in London NW3. The project is a collaboration between the Royal Free London, the Royal Free Charity and University College London. The Pears building includes patient accommodation, a car park and the Royal Free Charity’s offices. Many local residents and organisations have supported the project.
