Fraser Bond are the leading lettings and property management agents for Pears Building - London NW3. Pears Building is the new building for the UCL Institute of Immunity and Transplantation IIT in the grounds of the Royal Free Hospital in London NW3. The project is a collaboration between the Royal Free London, the Royal Free Charity and University College London. The Pears building includes patient accommodation, a car park and the Royal Free Charity’s offices. Many local residents and organisations have supported the project.
