Set on a quiet residential street, Park House is a spacious three-level, split-floor property offering a homely atmosphere that promotes independence, stability, and personal growth. The service is designed for young people who are ready to move on from foster care or children’s homes and begin developing the skills required for independent adult life.

Private, lockable bedrooms with internet access
Comfortable shared bathrooms, each with personal storage
A fully equipped communal kitchen with individual food storage and shared pantry essentials
Large dining area encouraging shared meals and positive social interaction
Spacious communal lounge with TV, gaming system, board games, and creative resources
All essential bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, and starter toiletries provided
Ongoing maintenance, full health & safety compliance, and fire safety measures
Support Model
Park House provides Category 2 supported accommodation (shared/group living) with a strong focus on preparing young people for independence. Each resident receives:
A dedicated Key Worker, providing 6–8 hours of one-to-one support per week
Support with education, training, employment, budgeting, cooking, and tenancy skills
Emotional wellbeing and low-level mental health support
Assistance accessing healthcare, benefits, and specialist external services
Structured group activities that promote life skills, confidence, and community living
The service is staffed 24/7, including waking-day staff and sleep-in night cover, with additional on-call and emergency support available at all times.
Who We Support
Park House supports young people with:
Low to moderate ASD, ADHD, ADD
Mild to moderate mental health needs
Moderate learning disabilities
Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
Low-level offending history (subject to risk assessment)
All placements are carefully assessed to ensure compatibility and a safe, positive group dynamic.
