7. Repairs & Maintenance
The Landlord is responsible for structural repairs and maintenance of essential utilities.
The Lodger must notify the Landlord of any damages or necessary repairs promptly.
Any damages caused by the Lodger beyond normal wear and tear will be charged accordingly.
8. Termination of Agreement
