Resident-Led Representation & Advocacy

The London City Island & Goodluck Hope Leaseholders’ & Residents’ Association (LCI & GLH RA) is a volunteer group formed by residents to strengthen community influence. Since its founding in 2016, the association strives to enhance living standards and build positive relationships with developers and management. All committee members are unpaid and maintain independence from Ballymore.

Transparent Governance & Community Engagement

The association committee meets at least twice a year, with some open sessions for all residents. These meetings are fully documented, ensuring transparency—minutes and agendas are posted online for resident access.

Active Community Support & Communication

Building representatives play a vital role by managing WhatsApp groups for each block, gathering community feedback, and relaying concerns to the RA. If you're interested in volunteering, you can reach out via their official contact email

How to Get Involved

Residents are invited to join the RA mailing list free of charge. Once registered, you'll receive updates on meetings, community actions, and summaries of key discussions.
