In short: Regent's Crescent is the reconstruction of John Nash's Park Crescent at the southern edge of Regent's Park. The Regency facade was rebuilt using traditional techniques, with modern homes behind, sustainability features such as heat recovery ventilation and rooftop solar, and an 18th-century ice house discovered on site. Rentals come up from private owners from time to time.
