In short: If you've lost access but your funds are still on the blockchain, your seed phrase (recovery phrase) is usually the way back: restoring it into the same or a compatible wallet app recreates your wallet. For a forgotten app password, reinstalling and restoring from the seed phrase often works. For exchange accounts, use the exchange's official account recovery process. Without the seed phrase, recovery may be impossible for self-custody wallets. Never type your seed phrase into a website or share it with a "support agent".
