In short: Television Centre on Wood Lane was the BBC's home for decades and is now a mixed-use neighbourhood. Bought in 2012 by Stanhope with Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo, it was masterplanned by AHMM with Maccreanor Lavington, Duggan Morris, Gillespies and dRMM. It combines homes in the restored landmark and new buildings, a Soho House hotel and members' club, about 400,000 sq ft of offices, and working TV studios still used by the BBC and ITV. Recent phases include The Ariel, a 23-storey tower. Fraser Bond helps buyers, tenants and landlords at Television Centre.
