Phase 1 will create 160 studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. It is a mix of Shared Ownership and affordable rent apartments. Completion in 2018. This is the residential part of The Lampton Road and Civic Centre project, a partnership between Notting Hill Housing and Bouygues. The larger scheme will deliver over 900 new homes for rent, sale and shared ownership. A mixture of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
