About Neo Bankside

The bracing sits outside the façade, so the apartments have no internal load-bearing walls, giving flexible, light-filled layouts with floor-to-ceiling glazing and timber louvres in an oxide red that echoes Tate Modern.

In 2023 the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Neo Bankside residents in Fearn v Tate Gallery, finding that visitors on Tate Modern's viewing platform looking into their flats was a legal nuisance. The decision is now a leading case on privacy and nuisance law.
