In short: Concrete pump operators set up and run truck-mounted boom pumps or static line pumps to place concrete on site. In the UK you'll usually need an industry-recognised card such as CPCS or NPORS for the relevant pump category, plus a CSCS or equivalent card for site access, and often an HGV licence for truck-mounted pumps.
