In short: Tenants scroll fast, so lead with what they filter on: rent, bedrooms, location and transport. Use your best photo first (usually the living room or the view), include a floor plan, and write a short, specific description that answers obvious questions about bills, furnishing, outdoor space, pets and availability. By law, state the rent as a single figure, show the EPC rating, and don't exclude tenants on benefits or with children. For where to post your advert, see our platform guides.
