How Fraser Bond lets your home
Frequently asked questions
Can I list on Rightmove without an agent?
Not directly. Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket only accept agents, but some online agents list on your behalf.
Can I accept a higher offer than the advertised rent?
No. Since 1 May 2026, landlords and agents must not ask for or accept offers above the advertised rent.
Can I say "no DSS" in my advert?
No. Blanket bans on tenants receiving benefits or with children are unlawful.
How fast can Fraser Bond let my home?
It depends on price and condition, but we start with our applicant list on day one.
