In short: A deep clean goes beyond regular cleaning: inside ovens and appliances, descaling bathrooms, behind and under furniture, skirting boards, windows and sometimes carpets. It's worth doing before marketing a home for sale or rent, and at the end of a tenancy, where the home should be returned in the same condition as at check-in, allowing for fair wear and tear. Agree the scope and price in writing and check the cleaner's insurance. For homes we manage, Fraser Bond can arrange trusted cleaners between tenancies.
